Mine's an automatic and here's how I do it: Crawl under and look for a flat plug on the ATF pan. I think it takes a 19mm socket. Drain the fluid from there - should be about 5 quarts. You won't be able to completely flush out the fluid that's in the tranny, but that's OK. Replace the plug and refill with ATF III where the dipstick goes in. If you have 4WD, you should go ahead and change the lube in the transfer case and differentials.
