How do you change the water pump on an 88 Chevy Celebrity with the 4 cylinder?

To change the water pump on the Chevy Celebrity 4 cylinder car:
1. Drain the coolant into a suitable container.
2. Loosen the tension on the serpentine belt and move the belt out of the way.
3. Use the special puller to remove the water pump pulley. The puller is available from Autozone on their loan a tool program.
4. Remove the bolts that hold the water pump in place. The pump will pull off, it may be stuck with gasket sealant.
Reverse the process to install the replacement water pump.
Refill the coolant and check for leaks.
