how you change the wiper linkage bushing requires you to take off the wiper blades and vent off the top off the dak there should be about 8-9 screws maybe less, then when the vent is removed, there will be a plastic vent with plastic clips, simply lift up one edge of vent it should just pop out the do the same with other clip, when vent is lifted up unplug the rubber tubing from spray nozzle then repeat with other tube, when plastic vent is removed you should be able to see the wiper linkage crank and wiper arms there you should see the bushing simply pull the wiper linkage and remove the bushing and replace.

Just open up the enclosure under the hood near the firewall that has an electrical wire harness and is right below the windshield wiper arm. Remove the old nylon bushing and push in the new one. then reassemble.
remove the cowl drain cover lacated right below the windshield. lift hood up, you should see screws attaching it to firewall. remove wiper arms first, then remove cover. you will see down in drain holes the wiper transmission arms. bet that one is disconnected because of a worn out bushing.
At the base of the wiper arm is a small "pin" sticking out. Pull this pin outward to release the entire wiper arm. Reinstall by pushing the pin in.
All fuses are under the dash on the driver side.
