Almost all parts super stores will do the replacing for you if you buy the blades yhere.
There are a lot of us that have the same problem. There is no adjustment. The only thing you can do is get new blades/refills for your wipers.
First, make sure the windshield is clean and then take some alcohol and wipe the wiper blades. HTH.
