The 1996 Chevy 1.3 liter engine timing marks can be found on the front main pulley and on the flywheel. The timing marks will be scattered around the outside of both locations.
If I'm not mistaken you have to get underneath to change it. Should be a cap underneath it.
timing does not need to be set on the 1.3l engine in model year 1999 as it is a distributor less igniton system all timing is done by the ecm
IT DOES NOT HAVE ONElocation of Chevy metro fuel filterits located, so im told, on the top of the gas tank. the tank has to be dropped to change it.
on the front bottom part of oil pan. just behind the bottom pulley.
