it is located under the seat. there are four bolts to remove the black plastic battery cover. remove the positive + (red) leed first then the Negative - (black). remove the battery and place the new one in the battery box. hook up the negative - (black) then the positive + (red) to the battery. reinstall the battery cover then the seat.
