Your Macbook should have come with some sort of charging device--I know mine did. Simply plug it into the Macbook and the other end into an outlet.
Plug in the charger
No charger? No problem just buy a new one!
Chuck lemons at it!
You can't really, a MacBook would definitely require a constant amount of electricity, and lemons cannot really do that. However, you can try by putting electrodes into a LOT of lemons, connecting them to a charger and plugging that intto the computer. (Just a bit of advise... Don't do it. It'll probably bust the computer.)
Unless you have a plug in mouse you can't. However if you have a wireless magic mouse you need to recharge the batteries. Simply pop off the back cover and replace the batteries.

A Screen, a keyboard and a mouse. The keyboard and mouse can be wireless.
Yes.
The mouse buttons are configured in the Mouse section of System Preferences .
PC mice commonly have physical scroll wheels and right click buttons. The new Magic Mouse for Mac has them, but they are touch sensitive, as is the entire mouse's surface.

The issue is with the mouse behaviour in Mac OS10.7, not with Illustrator itself. I have solved the problem by turning off the mouse scrolling while in an Illustrator session. To do this: > Mac system preferences > universal access [it's here, not under "mouse"!] > mouse, then select "mouse options" > deselect "scrolling"
The Mac OS comes free with a Mac. New versions have a small charge.
