To close the back vent window on the Dodge Caravan look for a small handle that looks like a bent arm and rotate the arm until the window is closed. Some Dodge Caravans have power rear vent windows that can be closed by pressing a button on the driver's side door panel.
screw it clockwise
It is on the firewall side on the of the transmission close to the engine about half way up.
Pull the pivot up and pull backwards gently.
I suggest taking it to your dealership and have them take a look at it if u try to fix it u might make it worse
I Found It!! It's a square button located on the very bottom of the center stack, just below the two "cigarette lighter" outlets. It's very close to the floor.
check the increase/decrease interior light button, if it is close to being in the complete on position this can happen. Keep in middle setting
The front wheel hub assembly will probably need to be pressed out if this is the first time the bearing has been replaced. Aftermarket bearings are not as close in tolerance as the original equipment and seem much easier to replace.

The cam sensor is located on the transmission housing near the top close to the firewall.
According to a post in http://www.dodgeforum.com, the sending unit is probably close to the oil filter, on the side of the engine. The vehicle mentioned in the article, was a 1998 dodge caravan with 3.0 v-6. Probably the 3.3 and 3.8 v-6's are in nearly the same location in relation to the oil filter, as well as the 4-cyl engines.
