How do you convert a 98 jeep wrangler Sahara automatic to manual transmission for the most part i can figure it out but do i need to do anything with my computer or will it screw anything up?

Usually it's not worth the hassle to do such a change. If you're an average guy you're better off trading your vehicle in and buying one with the spec that you want instead.
