Easy: Place in a crock pot, add 1 cup water, beef or vegetable broth, 1 small onion sliced, garlic salt and pepper, cook on high 4 hours add potatoes and carrots cook 2 hours more and supper is ready- you can also add veggies to pot at the same time but I suggest covering crock pot with foil to make a "bowl" for veggies to sit in, place in this bowl cover with lid and set to medium. When you come home at the end of the day your meal is ready!
