There are many ways to cook spinach since it is so versatile. You can saute it in olive oil, garlic and a little crushed red pepper (or you can use whatever spice you prefer). You can also add either raw or cooked (like above) spinach to Pizza as a topping. Plus, you can add spinach to quiches, frittatas and soups. One of my favorite ways to cook spinach is in a spinach and cheese cake. They are delicious! water boils at 100 degrees centigrade. if the water is salted (or if anything dissolves into it) it will raise the boiling point but not likely higher than 105 degrees centigrade. put spinach into some sort of pan that you can place ABOVE water. heat water to it's boiling point. wait a few minutes. dump wilted, hot spinach into a ceramic serving plate, top with butter to taste. also consider grated cheese topping.
Rip up the spinich and steam it, micro-wave it, or fry it in peanut oil.
you can boil it, make it into a salad, make spinach stew, lots of options but just don't fry it:)

1 cup of raw spinach has 3.5gm of fiber. If 1/2cup of cooked spinach it has 7gms.
I always find that steaming it a little beforehand makes it much easier to layer into a lasagne and you get more in!
cook it idiots!
There are many things you can eat, but spinach has a high nutritional value and is extremely rich in antioxidants, especially when fresh, steamed, or quickly boiled. There are also many vitamins in spinach.
