First of all you have to save the attachments on a folder. If you want to use the files just left click on them, choose copy, and paste wherever you want.
simply copy and paste into email,if you want to put word document into body of email then open document and press Ctrl+A this will select entire document,then copy on right click or Ctrl+C and paste into email,click inside body of email then right click and choose paste or press Ctrl+V
