First press the ctrl and A button at the same time so that everything is highlighted. then press ctrl and C at the same time so that you copy everything. got to the word document and press ctrl and V button to paste.

The two main methods of copy and paste are by mouse clicks and by keyboard short cuts.
Mouse method.
Place the cursor at the start of the piece you wish to copy. Hold down the left mouse button and drag the mouse until all the information you need is highlighted. This is called selecting.
Release the left mouse button and click the right button.
You should be presented with a drop down menu with 'copy' as an item on the menu.
Left click on copy
Go to your email and place the cursor where you wish to insert the copied information.
Right click. On the menu should be the item 'paste'
Left click on paste.
The information should now appear in the email.
The keyboard method works in a similar way. The keys to press are;
To copy. Hold down Ctrl +C
To paste. Hold down Ctrl+V
To select all the information on a page or in a window hold down Ctrl+A
