  1. Open both Word and Excel documents.
  2. In Word, format the page to right justifiy instead of the default left justify.
  3. Go to Excel and highlight what you want to copy.
  4. Right-click on the selected cells and select copy.
  5. Go to Word and click on the location where you would like to paste the text.
  6. Right-click and select paste.
  7. Repeat sequence until you have all the text you need from Excel to Word.
  8. Close Excel.
  9. Go to Word and edit as desired.
