hi there..... the only way to do that is savin you phone book to sim card number by number... that's how the blackberry system is setup
so all you have to do is go to your phone book..and on every name click on the menu
and then view.. then menu again and copy to sim phone book
click the wheel and save ...

If you want to copy the address book to SIM card so that you can later switch to another BlackBerry phone, there is a work around. You will need to connect your phone to your computer and use the "Desktop Manager" software provided by RIM.
If you want to copy the address book to SIM card so that you can later switch to another non BlackBerry phone, then there is no easy option. You may very well have to copy one address at a time.
An alternative solution is to install the Desktop Manager software and synchronise your BlackBerry with a contact management application such as Outlook. After you have synchronised and confirmed that the contacts exist in both directions, you can set up a second synchronisation to the new phone. Check with the manufacturer, that the new phone has this option before proceeding.
