Use:
one full dry ingredient 1/2 cup measure (which is 4/8)
one full dry ingredient 1/4 cup measure (which is 2/8)
one full dry ingredient 1/8 cup measure (which is 1/8)

Brownulated sugar is a free-flowing granulated sugar with added molasses, while regular brown sugar is a moist sugar with molasses mixed in. Brownulated sugar is easier to measure and store, while regular brown sugar is stickier and better for baking.
Scales work well for this procedure.

It would be slightly less than 4 cups of sugar. You should measure weight when baking! Cups is a measure of volume. Pounds is a measure of weight and mass. You can not directly convert the two.
Brown sugar is brown because of the presence of molasses. Light brown sugar has 3.5% molasses and dark brown sugar has 6.5%.
The two types are Light Brown and Dark Brown. There's also Whole Cane Sugar.
