How do you deal with being married but you are in love with someone else who you are not sure if they really love and care for you and they live with someone else who you know still loves another?

If you're married but are in love with another man (who's married) and your husband loves the guy's wife, but neiher of you is in love with the other, there's only one question to answer: Why are you guys still together?
but the thing is you can't act on your feelings for the other couple. so i think that it would be best to resist temptations and you probably should separate.
