Ask for help? I have been in these situation before and my biggest mistake was to continually say yes to people and not communicate with them or team colleagues about how much work i had going on. At least if you tell people, they may offer to help, or at the least they will not volunteer you for more work, until you get some cleared. At worst ask your manager can he delegate someone to help you fo even a day or so. Every liitle bit helps. and we are all human, no harm it admiting you are struggling, it better than having a job half done and paying the conquences later!

To deal with stress in the workplace, I practice deep breathing exercises, take short breaks to clear my mind, and prioritize tasks to manage my workload effectively. Additionally, I communicate openly with my colleagues or supervisor about my feelings to seek support or solutions.

When I feel stress in the workplace I usually formulate a plan to get my work done, do my work, and then report my success to my boss. This usually has the effect of relieving any stress that I was feeling. The exception to this is when my stress is only caused by my boss being a jerk. In the last case, I punch my boss in the nose and find a new job.
