If the fire is on the stove turn off the burner. IF it is inside a pot/pan put the lid on the pan. otherwise dump baking dump baking soda on it. You may also use a fire extinguisher. Do not use water on a grease fire.
If it spreads beyond the stove top use a fire extinguisher. If the fires extinguisher does not put it out then immediately exit the house and call 911 from a cell phone or neighbors house.
