it produces hydrogen
It will depend on how dilute it is. The normal solution available is 3%. It can cause blisters, cramps and diarrhea to those that ingest it. It is used as a mouth wash. Very small amounts is not going to be fatal and there are some that recommend dilute solutions for ingestion, but the results are very spotty.
Pure hydrogen peroxide certainly can cause chemical burns if it touches your skin. Hydrogen peroxide you buy from a drugstore is typically about 3% hydrogen peroxide and 97% water. As far as your skin is concerned, as long as you're not actually bathing in it it's not all that different from 100% water. You should be careful with even the dilute stuff around your eyes and mouth though; the mucous membranes are much more sensitive.
H+ +hco3 -> h2o + co2
The concentration of the diluted solution will be 15(300/1000) = 4.5 %, if the percent is expressed on a weight/volume basis.
20 volume is 6% solution. To make it 3% solution just add same volume of water to the original 6% solution and you have double volume of 3% solution.
These are two different things. Vinegar is Acetic Acid. Hydrogen peroxide is H2O2, and is used ( in a dilute solution) as an anti-bacterial.
dilute twice in volume
The business will ignite my boi Eva cooked that white girl crack?
Hydrogen peroxide is generally one of the most prominent ingredients in any tooth whitening product. To whiten teeth with hydrogen peroxide, you will need to dilute it first. One can find dilution instructions for this purpose on the hydrogen peroxide bottle.
Not only is hydrogen peroxide solution a liquid, the pure, undiluted form of H2O2 is a liquid. Most people will never see pure H2O2 as it is extremely dangerous; even the rocketry industry, where H2O2 is used as rocket fuel, uses dilute solutions of it.
Simple surfactants or soap may not remove the stain. A dilute mixture of ammonia-based cleaner, or a solution of 3% hydrogen peroxide, may be used to lighten the stain.
it will dilute into a pure h2o substance -- virtually, its unusable. Sorry dude :)
One can remove seborrheic keratoses by the use of hydrogen peroxide and duct tape. Dilute the hydrogen peroxide to 25% concentration and apply to the affected areas of the skin with a cotton cloth. Cover the area with duct tape quickly to ensure the hydrogen peroxide does not evaporate.
The most common compound of hydrogen and oxygen is better known as "Water".Hydrogen and oxygen also forms Hydrogen Peroxide.
Let it stand in an open container, in sunlight, and it will decompose. Dilute solutions can normally be poured down the drain.
