Unplug the negative from the battery.
Not sure why you bothered to answer this. The asker wanted to disable the system, not simply silence an alarm that was going off.
Under the driver's seat is the unit that controls the security system. Under the carpet there is a module with a long plug. Pull that out and the security system is disabled.
The caveat is that you may lose your power door locks using this method.

Under the front passenger seat, there is an electrical harness. Simply unplug the connection. This should disable the alarm.
On a 95, which I believe should be the same, remove the fuse box (two screws), then behind that should be another black box, unscrew it and pull the fuse. This completely disables your car alarm.
Set it on Fire!!! =]
The alarm system on a 94 Pathfinder should not be able to arm itself it is disconnected. You should verify that all wires are disconnected and remove the fuse to alarm system.
