The alarm can not be removed. Try unlocking the drivers door with the key.
or if you want to permanently disable the alarm you can ground out the you can ground out pin three in the connector that controls the Door Key Cycle Switch. I think in most cars the connector is black but don't quote me on that. Try searching the Dodge forums for more info there should be at least a couple of posts explaining the process in more detail.
