To do the Ice Cream sign in Club Penguin you have to get a blue apron (I don't know where to get that from its probably member) then do a dance, the dance will probably be the normal club penguin dance, just press the dance icon in the 'actions' icon in your toolbar and then you will actually DO the Ice cream sign. literally.
