In the brakes.
Dot 4
no
In my manual for the Vauxhall VX 2300, year 1977, it says that the right Brake Fluid is of the type GM-4653-M. Trouble is that I can not find out on the internet weather this is Dot 3 or Dot 4 Brake Fluid (DOT 5?)...... Would be nice if someone did have that answer. zwets_@hotmail.com
You top it up via the brake master cylinder.
I have the same problem - I was recommended a brake fluid drain and brake fluid sensor replacement - haven't done it yet, but hopefully it works. Dealer quoted me $190.
you probably need to change the brake fluid drain it then put new fluid
you have to bleed or drain the fluid
this also illuminates when brake fluid is low either your brake pads are worn out or you have a leak
it should be on the drivers side under the windscreen
To bleed the cluth on a Yamaha Royal Star 1300 first drain all of the brake fluid from the vehicle. After draining the brake fluid pump the brake pedal up and down several times. All oil will then drain from the system.
