You don't. The Power Steering is electric and does not use fluid.
In my manual for the Vauxhall VX 2300, year 1977, it says that the right Brake Fluid is of the type GM-4653-M. Trouble is that I can not find out on the internet weather this is Dot 3 or Dot 4 Brake Fluid (DOT 5?)...... Would be nice if someone did have that answer. zwets_@hotmail.com

You should use DOT 4 brake fluid for dirt bikes. This is the most common type of brake fluid available on the market.
DOT 3 brake fluid
No, brake fluid is damaging to the rubber of a tire.
DOT ( 3 ) brake fluid
Brake fluid is hydroscopic. It absorbs moisture out of the air. That gives unsealed brake fluid a shelf life.
No!
