This can be quite difficult as the tank is designed to prevent fuel theft.
Basically you have to syphon the fuel
If you can it might be possible to remove a fuel line from the mechanical fuel pump on the side of the engine, extend it to the ground and syphon like that.
Otherwise a small diameter hose through the gas cap and a lot of waiting.
