there is no easy way since there is no pan drain plug. the only thing you can do is put down some kitty litter and place an oil drain pan under the trans pan, make sure the kitty litter extends well beyond the radius of the drain pan since the fluid never goes where you think it will. there is a heat shield on the passenger side of the trans pan that can be pried over to make the removal/installation of the pan easier. i loosen and remove the pan bolts from back to front of the pan and hope the oil goes where i want it to (usually never does, hence the large radius of kitty litter, lol). then it's just a matter of cleaning the pan and replacing the filter and trans pan. the torque values should be followed, they are in in/lbs but can be converted to ft/lbs. use a torque wrench so as not to cause any warpage, thread stripping, or bolt breakage. also be sure to use only mercon V fluid unless you want to screw the trans up. p.s. have a couple of rags available in case the oil goes every where.
