On the tank you will see 2 straps around it,towards the back side (trunk) at the end of strap there will be a bolt in each strap, put a floor jack with a piece of wood about the width of the tank under it , remove the bolts, next using a screw driver remove the hose clamp holding your filler tube to the tank, pull hose off and let your jack down slowly.
