You probrobly can if you really wanted to but i would never buy canned bananas because they have a mushy inside that would either get way to mushy in a can or way to dry and stale. I wouldn't suggest canning bananas.

I like the taste of it, but that will be a personal opinion. Sometimes, depending on the bananas used, the bread can come out a little dry.
Bananas cannot be grown in frigid or dry and hot atmospheres. For this reason they cannot be found in most parts of Europe, Northern America (Cananda, Northern States etc...), and the Sahara and Middle East.
