YES! I have Instagram on my P.C (and it's not even an Apple computer). I have Google Chrome downloaded and there's a widget for Instagram in the Chrome Web Store. I don't use it as much as I thought I would, I'd prefer my iPhone to the laptop, and you can't post pictures on it if you're on the computer, but it's still a good thing so you can view and like/comment on other pictures!!
