Think of something pleasant; your eyes, skin, and whole body will reflect (will show) what your mind is thinking. In the military, "headquarters" is called headquarters for a reason; that's where the mind is. The mind controls everything. Feel pretty, look pretty; feel sad, look sad, etc. Every person experiences low esteem at times; and if they say that they haven't...well, odds are good, that they are not being totally honest when they made that statement.
