Through the hole that the door handle comes through you can feel a screw. Remove the screw and the handle should come off.
* To remove the outside door handle and lock assembly raise the window and remove the door trim panel and watershield * Working through the access hole disengage the plastic clips that secure the outside handle to latch actuating rod and the outside door lock to latch actuating rod * Working through the access hole remove the outside door handle retaining bolts * Remove the handle/lock cylinder assembly from the car

Put a screwdriver between the door handle and the escutchen . Push in on the escutchen and you will see the hole in the door handle that has a pin in it. Use a small finish nail to push the pin out. When this is done the door handle and escutchen will come off.
The handle has a small clip at the back of handle just inside the door panal.Push door panal in to acess.Use a small screw driver to pry out clip. The door handle will then come off.
Looking in the door jamb there is two rubber plugs (upper and lower) remove both. Remove block part of handle through lower hole with 25 torx. Going through upper hole with long # 25 torx loossen screw intil handle releases helps to lif handle as doing it hope this dose it for you!!!
What type of pull on what type of door? Wooden, you can use tooth picks or slivers of wood to fill the hole in the handle so the screw will grip. Metal ones that have pulled through can have a fender washer put on the back side. Plastic can sometimes be glued. For a better idea, a little more information is needed.
