Trace the voltage from after the internal power supply. If your lucky it will be a bad fuse, cap, or something. If you have power all the way to the voltage regulator then you have a blown amplifier chip. I don't recommend you changing these because they are usaully expensive and the problem ,why they blew in the first place, may be before or after the chip still. Experience has thought me not to replace the amp chips because nine out of ten times they only work for a second before they smoke out And to change the entire circuitry before and after is more expensive than to buy a new unit.
Where is the short at? What is malfunctioning?
Replace the lighter housing. If that does not fix it, look for a short in the wiring.
You may have a blown fuse, or a short in your wiring due to the accident. Take the vehicle to someone who is experienced in workin with automotive electrical.
You can try to track the problem by inspecting the wires using a test meter or take it to a repair shop for diagnostic test.
The question needs more information like what its doing and the year, make and model would help as well..................
Why vertical polarization not working in receiver
The short answer is you can't; if the TV only has a mono receiver the stereo information isn't available. However, most modern TVs have digital receivers or NICAM decoders, if you're TV is one of these types, then there may well be phono's on the back of the set for sound out or a headphone socket - these can be connected to a domestic hi-fi to improve the sound and should be in stereo.
Of course. Most of them are.
Any electrical engineer under 5 foot would be a short electrical engineer. :)

No, overcharging cellphone will not cause an electrical short circuit.
