Is the model 60 a small lever action 22 ?
It's value is about $35.00-$75.00 dollars in the shooters market. Your original scope makes it worth about$85.00 bucks. It was made somewhere between 1962-1975.They where a subcontract gun by Marlin for Sears&Roebuck. It's actually a marlin model 60, I happen to have one myself. With over 200,000 rounds through it it still shoots like a dream.Personally I'd cherish it,she'll out shoot most anything made in the last twenty years!Hope that helped you.

The Glenfield 25 was manufactured from 1979 through 1982. Some would suggest the Marlin Glenfield 25 was produced from 1972-1982. Regardless, the Glenfield name was cancelled in 1983. The rifle continued as the Marlin Model 25 until 2003, which then became the Marlin 925. Thousands were produced so YES it is common to find a Marlin-Glenfield Model 25. How many original matching Marlin scopes made it so far with the rifle however is another story. I have not seen many with the matching scope so this may be uncommon. The Model 25 is a robust and classic rifle. Enjoy :)

Subtract the first two digits of the serial number from 100 and that will be the year of manufacture for this rifle. 100 - 27 = 73 "1973"
