My understanding is for an 2000-2003 Automatic transaxle Neon it is 4.0 Quarts (3.8 Liters), for an 2000 Manual Transaxle Neon it is 2.0 to 2.3 Quarts (1.9 to 2.2 Liters), and for 2001-2003 Manual Transaxle Neon it is 2.5 to 2.8 Quarts (2.4 to 2.7 Liters).
