Most Congressmen and Senators have their voting record on their websites. The State you live in should have a Main page that gives you an idea of where to look for your Legislators' or Senators' voting record. I have seen it listed on the Federal website in Washington. == On the national level, the Congressional Record holds the facts. All the bills can be read there, and the votes, when they occur, are recorded. But it will take a bit of searching to find the bill and then the vote for that bill. Have a hot cup of tea or a cold ade handy (but not near your keyboard) and then begin your search by using the link provided.
A resolution is the plan of action to resolve a conflict. The County Board of Supervisors is the government body of a district in an Housing Authority. The officials are in charge of resolving conflicts of the community they serve. Resolutions are voted on to find a workable solution that is best for all the members.
Voting is anonymous so there is no way to find out who a person voted for in presidential elections.
