All O2 sensors are located on the exhaust. Follow the exhaust headers off the engine. There are two. There will be an o2 sensor sticking out of the pipe that is bolted to the header. It will be screwed into the pipe with a wire connector connected to it. There is also one possibly after the Catalytic converter. It just depends on the emission package. I assume by the "rear" you mean the o2 sensor in the back of the engine. Try jacking up the vehicle or if you are thin you can lay underneath the vehicle to spot the one in the back. That is the only way to get to it without taking the whole cowl section off the top of the engine. Hope that help.
