How do you find people that are specialists in the paranormal not not like your neighborhood fortune teller but true professionals on the subjects of ghosts spirits demons creatures I need to learn?

While there are many people on the internet claiming to be "paranormal experts" you have to ask the bigger question which is what qualifies anyone to claim such expertise?
While experience might certainly cause someone to become interested, the plain truth is that we know very little about anything in the realm of the paranormal. And while we're at it, how do we define "paranormal"?
If we limit "paranormal" to experiences of apparitions and poltergeists, then there is limited parapscychology research that might help, but there is some. If instead we are talking about telepathy, clairoyance or remote viewing, mediumship, and psychokinetic phenomena and abilties, there is actually quite a bit of research that has been done.
Rather than trying to find people, look at the parapsychology research published in peer-reviewed scientific journals such as the Journal of Parapsychology.
And realize this - it is not possible to determine what is or is not possible in the Universe. We simply do not know enough to determine this. So claims that telepathy or mediumship for example are "impossible" simply are illogical. The reason is that we don't know enough to make this unfounded claim.
