the best things to do is to replace the wires one at a time that way you dont mix up the firing order and you can macth up the wire lenghts at the same time ,if you have already removed the wires yu can view/buy a repair manual at your local parts store which will have a diagram of the firing order.

i would bet the wiring on the ignition system is out of order. look up your firing order and try reconecting the spark plug wires again.
