You can find the diagram for a 1992 Isuzu rodeo at the Isuzu website. There are options available to purchase a factory-direct Do-It-Yourself kit, with the diagram.
i can tell you that a rodeo should be the same and that at least in the 97 passport the transmission is GM the transmissions should all be the 4l30e it might bolt up.
90 grade
A 1992 Prelude does not have a transmission dipstick. It is completely sealed and to check the transmission fluid, a person has to unscrew a bolt on the side.
Chain.
I do believe that if it's a sealed transmission then you have to pull the check plug from the trans to check it its just like a fill plug believe its on the left side of trans.
There is none.
Locate transmission dipstick. The dipstick tube is the fill tube.
I don't think that will work unless you change over to rear disc brakes, the hub should not match.
In recent experience, I have learned that a 1992 rodeo does not have a cut off switch and that on most the fuel pump is in the tank!
1991-1996 Isuzu Rodeo's use THM4L30-E Automatic Transmission. It also bolts directly to the transfer case and is claimed as one unit, and is recommended to be removed as one unit, then separated from each other outside of the vehicle. Hope that helps you. That is what my service manual said. Nothing quoted or directly reworded.
