Parts fail sometimes when hot. Check to see if theres spark when it hot and doesn't start. This may be the ignition coil/pick up assembly(inside the distributor)... D
Could be a front wheel bearing, or worn tires, could be normal?
Normal engine operating temperature is 190-215 degrees F.
Many cars require you to press the gas pedal when starting the car. It's quite normal.

need to replace heater control valve on Chrysler Concorde 2000 lxi. heart will not blow hot air. A Concorde does not have a heater control valve. The temperature is controlled with a blend air door. The first thing to check in a no heat situation is the coolant level. Next make sure the engine is reaching normal temp(at least 190deg F). Third you make sure both heater hoses are hot. If one is hot and the other cold the core is plugged. Then you will need someone with a scan tool to diagnose the blend door.
That depends entirely on the calibration of the sensor and the display. The actual engine temperature is controlled by the thermostat.
It is possible a little low on coolant and has an air bubble in the heater core.
Drain about 1 gallon of coolant from radiator remove housing at the engine end of the upper radiator hose- note how thermostat is installed Clean both surfaces Replace thermostat and gasket Re-fill coolant slowly to prevent an "airlock" Start engine Check for leaks Run engine to normal operating temperature with heater on Re-check coolant level

The computer will set idle between 600 and 900 rpm depending on load and temperature..
Yes it is normal. The running temperature of an engine is affected by several factors, the load the engine is under, eternal temperature, the speed at which it is running etc. In addition the gauges fitted to cars indicate a safe 'range' rather than a specific temperature to reflect this. So long as the indicator remains within the safe range eveything should be fine.
Usually a normal office temperature is a normal room temperature of 72 degrees Fahrenheit.
