How do you fix a AC-Heat system in a 94 Cherokee that only blows out of the top and bottom vents and not the main dashboard vents?

The question you ask is too involved for a proper answer. You need to go to a car parts store, and get a repair manual for your car. They cost about $16.00 Or, go to a Public Library.

u need 2 find the Vaccume leak-bad Vac Hose or Disconnected Vac Hose.Sometimes its the Mixer Door Actuator under the dash BUT mostly its just a Vaccume LEAK.

The temp control door is on a vertical axis on the Cherokee(XJ), and the control motor is on the bottom of the heater box under the passenger side dash. Check for pictures and diagnostic information for this system.

I'm not sure what you mean by "kill switch" But there should be a red push button on the bottom left of your dashboard. The switch can be used to reset your alarm system
