The 32 code indicates a problem with the Exhaust Gas Circulation Sysytem:
The solenoid can be damaged; perforated diaphram, a broken pin on a plug-in
for CPU feedback, and/or cracked vacuum hoses. The purchase items; E.G.R.
valve & the slaving 3-nipple -with-plug-in are a sole-unit from MOPAR ONLY......
$240.00 ! The fortunate can scrounge for a replacement set from 2nd-Hand

P0700 just reads as code present in the transmission computer. You need to have the transmission computer checked for codes to know possible causes.
