Its probably the vehicle speed sensor located on the transmission. Mine had that problem
I have the same problem with my 1998 Kia Sephia and it is most likely the "sending unit" which is probably located in the gas tank. Could also be a short in a wire. When I fix mine I will re-post.

You can try a product like Bar's or Lucas stop leak, specifically designed to correct minor problems with the gasket seal. Seals do dry out and may be rejuvenated by the addition of a stop-leak product that causes seals to expand and regain plasticity. They may or may not help. This is for the most part a band-aid approach. The only real fix is to replace the leaking seals.

it depends if it is a metal line or rubber lines , if it is at a fitting or at the master cylinder or abs i can help you find these if you cant locate the leak
buy new headers you probably cracked or bent one
