If you have spark at the spark plug, it is probably a bad fuel injector.

The booster is on the driverside fire wall and the MASTER CYLINDER IS BOLTED TO IT.
bad distributor cap would be first choice, next would be the rotor button in distributor.then the coil
under the hood on the fire wall above master cylinder it is a fuel pump relay

Chevy did not use a crankshaft sensor in 1995.If it won't fire then I would check the ignition module in the distributor and more then likey replace it. Also check the ignition coil and WIRE / coil wire.
