Bad fuse, bad relay, faulty switch, faulty wiring, bad window motor, window coming off the track... this is something which requires diagnosis in order the narrow down the cause.
You will need to remove the inside door panel of your Chevrolet Blazer. Remove the window retaining clips. Put the window back into the window track. Tighten the window retaining clips.
There are a couple of reasons why a window won't go up on a 1998 Malibu. The window may be off track or the window motor has stopped working.
You can put a manual rollup window back on track, in your 1994 Chevy Cavalier, by removing the inside door panel. The window track is easily visible with the door panel removed.
To set the power window back on track in a Ford Focus, you have to remove the door panel. Once you get in there, you will see the track that you will need to put the window back on.
Remove the drivers side inside door panel. Remove the retaining clips from the window track. Place the new window in the window track and tighten the retaining clips.
You will need to remove the inside door panel. With the door panel removed the entire window mechanism will be visible. Set the window back on the track and secure it with the retaining clips.
If your window is like my grand am the glue that holds the track and window together is not holding properly, so window keeps coming off track. I have not found a glue that holds yet.
Either the power window motor is bad or the window is binding in the track mechanism.
Check window regulator for voltage and if your window is off track, buy a tube of flowable silicone and duct tape the window and see if the track will drop when lowering the window with the motor. If the track lowers. Silicone the tracks and unduct tape the window and slowly ease the window into the track, sometimes you want a screw driver outside the vehicle to hold the window in the direct path of the track. Once you get the window in the track, push down hard and allow the motor to bring the window to the top and allow to dry 24 hours.
Remove the inside door panel of your 1999 Chrysler Intrepid. Remove the window retaining clips. Put the window back into the window track. Secure the window with the window retaining clips.
Everything you have mentioned is a possibility, plus you need to consider the switch and the wires. These systems can get a little complicated and will need a little troubleshooting. I have included a link that has a description of the power window system, along with a schematic. Good Luck
If a power window goes off track on a 1999 Camaro, the door panel can be removed and the window put back on the cable track. The door panel can be removed by opening the clips on the corners. If there are lights in the door panel, the light covers need to be removed first.
Remove the inside door panel. Remove the window clips that hold the window onto the track. The window will come out. Reverse the process to install the new window.
Remove the inside door panel. Remove the window motor track linkage. Remove the wiring harness. Remove the window motor retaining bolts. Reverse the process to install the new window motor.
