The Chevrolet Silverado truck originally hit the market in 1998. The first generation included the 1999 model and ran until 2007. The second generation began in 2007 and is still in production today.
I had this very same problem with my Chevrolet Silverado. The only thing that will cure this problem is replacing all your Oxygen Sensors and running premium fuel.
I don't know if the silverado parts are still being made, but you should still be able to find parts. Look at the local junk yard or go to the auto parts store.
If the windshield itself is rattling, you need to get it serviced by an auto glass professional. The windshield is an integral part of the air bag system. My guess is that you have a rattle in the dash. Those are very hard to pin down. An automotive stethoscope can help.
