I just bought my '92 stealth that had been sitting for 9 years, the headlight doors were frozen. take some penitrating oil and get it on every single moving part in there ... the joints for the arms, the small connections, anything that moves. let it sit, then do it again. try turning the lights on, if they still dont work get a friend to put his ear under the hood and listen, you should be able to here the switch clicking in and out as you try to raise the head lights.

Have you looked for the fuseable link down by the starter? Check the switch, it may be the culprit. check the headlight relay

No voltage from Auto shut down relay. This is one of those codes that comes up when something else is wrong. The auto shut down relay kills everything, sets the code and send you down the wrong path. The relay can go bad but often is not. Usually a crank sensor or other critical sensor fails and the computer triggers the ASD.
