You have to replace the hydraulic fan motor. I'm going through this same problem right now. Your Jeep will start to overheat repeatedly when that fan goes out, especially when the A/C is used. It will overheat to the point where your coolant is boiling out of the reservoir and the car is smoking.
Unfortunately for you and me both it isn't going to be a cheap fix. The part to fix this problem costs $1100. The cheapest I've found it is $759. You can go to a salvage yard but there's no guarantee it will last. Good Luck and hope this helps.
