How do you fix power mirrors that do not work on a 1999 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4?

i cant even seem to find thru the Dodge book what fuse to disconnect can some one help
- your fuse box is on the drivers side on the side dash near the drivers side door. look for cavity 12 it should be a red 10 amp fuse. I have a 99 dodge ram also i looked it up in the owners manual good luck.
